The Guarantee

I, the undersigned Guarantor, confirm that I have agreed to act as guarantor for the above-named customer/business in respect of the coffee machine/equipment rental agreement with London Espresso Ltd.

I unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee the payment and performance of all sums and obligations properly due from the Customer under the rental agreement, including, where applicable:

Rental charges and outstanding invoices;
Delivery, installation and collection charges;
Call-out, repair or other agreed charges;
Damage, loss or replacement costs relating to the equipment;
Any other reasonable costs or charges payable under the rental agreement.

If the Customer fails to pay any amount when due, or fails to comply with an obligation under the rental agreement, I agree to pay or perform that obligation upon written demand from London Espresso Ltd., subject to applicable law.

This guarantee will remain in force for the duration of the rental agreement and until all outstanding sums and obligations relating to the equipment have been fully settled.

I confirm that I have read and understood this guarantee and have entered into it voluntarily.
