London Espresso Ltd Obligations
Deliver and install the coffee machine in full working order at the customer’s premises.
Provide comprehensive maintenance coverage for the hired machine and all components.
Customer Obligations
Minimum contractual period: 6 months.
Pay the first month or quarter in advance upon signing the agreement.
Provide a fully refundable security deposit of £500.
Make all rental payments monthly or quarterly in advance via Direct Debit.
Ensure the water supply to the machine remains on once installed.
Provide at least 3 months’ notice if you wish to terminate the agreement.
Please set up a Direct Debit mandate in favour of London Espresso Ltd by completing the secure Direct Debit form using the link below.

Once completed, your Direct Debit instruction will be securely registered with London Espresso Ltd.
Clear the security deposit and first invoice balance via bank transfer before installation:

Important Notes
Coffee machines and grinders are used equipment; they may have traces of coffee from testing and adjustments.
Maintenance cover is available Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00.
Only London Espresso Ltd staff are authorized to open, move, or tamper with the equipment.
Equipment must not be moved or disconnected without written authorization.
London Espresso Ltd reserves the right to retain the security deposit if the equipment is damaged or the agreement terms are not met.
Liability Disclaimer
London Espresso Ltd is not responsible for defects in the equipment supplied.
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the customer or third parties arising from the use or presence of the machine.
Optional Purchase Clause
If the customer decides to purchase a machine within the first 6 months, all rental payments made will be deducted from the purchase price.
- Example: Brand new 2-group machine (Brugnetti or Crima, made in Italy) £4,000 + VAT.
