London Espresso coffee machine hire agreement
London Espresso agrees to the following conditions:
- Deliver and install the coffee machine in complete working order to the customer premises.
- Provide comprehensive maintenance coverage for the hired machine and its respective components.
The Customer Named Below agrees to the following conditions
- Minimum contractual period of 6 MONTHS.
- Make an advanced payment of the first MONTH OR QUARTER upon signing this Agreement.
- Provide a fully refundable security deposit of £350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty Pounds).
- Make rental payments every MONTH or QUARTER in advance for the equipment via DIRECT DEBIT.
- Ensure that the water supply to the machine remains on once it has been installed.
- Provide a minimum notice period of 3 MONTHS (a full quarter) in advance if you wish to terminate the agreement.

The Security deposit of £350 and the balance of the first invoice must be cleared before the installation via bank transfer to London Espresso Ltd Sort Code 20-53-04 Account No. 33727726
Important Note: Coffee machines and coffee grinders are used. They always have traces of ground coffee on them as they will be adjusted and tested before delivery to the customer.
LONDON ESPRESSO LTD shall not be responsible for any defects in the item(s) supplied and shall not under any circumstance be liable to make any payment to the customer in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer or any third party as a result of the use, or presence of the item(s). The terms and conditions set out above apply to the whole coffee equipment and its parts. The maintenance cover supplied by London Espresso Ltd is within the hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. Anyone other than London Espresso Ltd staff is authorized to open, and tamper with the equipment. Equipment should never be moved, or disconnected without written authorization. London Espresso Ltd reserves the right to keep the amount paid as a security deposit if the equipment is damaged or the terms of this agreement are not complied with. By signing this agreement you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted these conditions.
NB. Example – If you decide to buy a coffee machine within the first 6 months, the whole amount of money paid as a rental will be deducted from the original price of the coffee machine which is fixed to £4000 + VAT for a brand new 2 groups machine Brugnetti, or Crima, both made in Italy.
