Getachew Zeleke, founder of the Tero farm, has an ambitious goal for the quality level of his plantation. The small owners receive prizes in addition to the normal price of the cherry, thanks to the extraordinary work of selection and processing.
The plantation is located in Ethiopia in the Oromia region between 1800-2120 meters above sea level, where the natural environment favors the growth and maturation of one of the best coffee in Ethiopia, grown organically, socially responsible and respecting the environment.
The natural process gives the cup a great syrup and a great sweetness, with aromas related to strawberry and apricot leaving a pleasant after-taste of tropical fruit.
