This is one of our best-selling coffee blends for cafes, restaurants, and bars. This Arabica and Robusta coffee blend is medium-roasted, full-bodied, and simply a pleasure to drink!
With its light, full-bodied and round espresso with a large dense golden (caramelized) crema, it is well suited to straight espresso and makes wonderful milk-based drinks. It is relatively easy to achieve a good crema even with a bean-to-cup machine. The taste and aroma are typical of Italian espresso blends but with a full, velvety crema.
