Tasting notes:

Very sweet and particularly delicate taste, with an intense aroma, with hints of fruit, citrus, and pastry, which give a delicate acidity. 100% Arabica of the best quality from Central and South American countries. Low natural caffeine content.
This coffee is grown by small cooperatives or communities, at altitudes ranging between 1400 and 1900 meters above sea level, with all the passion and care of those who make this activity the center of their livelihood.

This coffee has won 3 Gold medals in the ‘International Coffee Tasting’ in Italy in 2008, 20010,2012, and 2016.
Details:
A super smooth coffee, with naturally low acid and caffeine. – Ideal for evening drinking or light after-dinner drinks.
If you positively, must have, absolutely ……..the very best, then look no further!
Wonderful a straight espresso or a bodied 18-gram Americano. It is best extracted at 88-90C to avoid burning this delicate but flavourful coffee when brewing espresso.
