WARRANTY

Our goal at LONDON ESPRESSO is to provide the highest quality equipment, products, and parts, expert advice, prompt technical service at a fair price, and long term support after the sale .

 Our products are fully warranted for two year, including parts and labour.

Our product warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
Wrong voltage, accident, lack of cleaning and maintenance including de-scaling, opening of machine and modification, physical impact, use of unauthorized cleaning tablets and de-scalers, use of vinegar and aggressive cleaning agents, exposure to subzero (°C) temperatures, introduction of anything other than coffee and water. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. The invoice constitutes proof of purchase and indicates the start of the 24 month warranty.

Warranty Procedure
Please call or send an Email to us, a replacement machine will be offered at no extra cost for the period of the service, where the repair or service cannot be made onsite
